How do I sign up for Meals on Wheels?

What is the cost of the meals?

Meals are on a donation only basis. They cost us from $7 to $8 per meal. However, the suggested donation cost is $5 per meal.

Who qualifies for Meals on Wheels?

Basic qualifications are people who are over the age of 60 and homebound. More specific guidelines are listed here.

What days to you deliver?

The Friendly Kitchen delivers on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s.

What is the menu? Are there other options??

The menu varies from month to month. Each meal includes a hot tray with an entrée and side. A cold tray with salads, bread and dessert. Plus a carton of 2% milk.

What if I am not homebound??

If you do not meet eligibility requirements please join us at UCC to pick up a meal. Contact us at (541) 440-7870 for days and times.
